1. General Information

Sahara Exotics is a UAE-based pet store located in Ajman, specializing in the sale of pets, pet food, accessories, and pet care services. These terms govern all purchases and services made online or in-store.


2. Product Availability & Information

  • All products (including pets, foods, and accessories) are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal value if necessary.

  • Images and descriptions are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or packaging.


3. Pet Sales Policy

  • Sale of live animals is final. No returns or exchanges are allowed on pets.

  • We ensure that all pets are healthy and active at the time of sale.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide suitable care, environment, and nutrition.

  • Sahara Exotics is not liable for any health issues arising after the pet has left our premises unless a prior agreement is made in writing.


4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Non-living items (accessories, food, tanks, etc.) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with a valid receipt.

  • Opened or used items are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

  • Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation is not possible.

  • For pet bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your order.


6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery within Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and other Emirates, subject to delivery charges.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Live pets are only delivered within specific zones and under agreed terms to ensure safety.


7. Services (e.g. Grooming, Consultation)

  • All service appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours prior.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or sick animals for safety reasons.


8. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We accept payments via cash, card, and selected online payment gateways.


9. Limitation of Liability

Sahara Exotics is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products, pets, or services. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper handling, setup, and care.


10. Privacy Policy

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of Sahara Exotics and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


12. Governing Law
